CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that life happens! However, in order to provide the best service to all of our clients, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours: A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for the missed appointment. To reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. This ensures we can accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
